2. Celebrate the Natural Environment Restore creek and wetlands (nearly 15% of site) and create bordering riparian zone. Over 1/3 of site will be dedicated to community open space (parks, trail system, gardens) and natural green space (creek, wetlands, existing trees). Eliminate impact on local watershed by creating “Zero-Impact” Storm Water system using street and path infiltration verges, rainwater gathering and storage, and improved interflow movement to creek.
